Question regarding AC21

Hi All,

If you leave your employer voluntarily for better job, can we still use AC21 or is it only used if you are laid off or terminated.

MY assignment ended yesterday and my employer asks me to take a huge pay cut which is 3k less than the LC salary.

You can take up new job after completing 180 days of 485 provided the job description shud be same. It is not neccessary to inform INS abt the job change and Incase if you get RFE for employment, just sumbit the documents from new job. This is very rare case since you already had one rfe.

This is my opinion and you may need to seek professional advise from lawyers abt ur case.
