My I-140 Approved arround 2Years and 10 Months Back, I applied my I-485 in May, Still Waiting for FP. Now i got a per. Position Offer.
So i am going to tell my employeer with 1 month notice. Is there any chance that he can cancell my Process. And If he sent any letter to INS, are they going to cancel my Process(Including All).
