Question regarding 485 filing due to dates movement

I would like to know whether I can file 485 now since the priority dates for EB3 have moved to June 2003. But my priority date is July 2003(Date when my husband filed his labour) My husband has already filed his 485, but I couldnt due to retrogression. I am in H4 visa and in danger of losing my status if his 485 is approved before I could apply for mine.

I have done the medical test required for 485 last year but now it is expired because it is valid for only one year. And currently I am pregnant so can I use my test results which I took last year or have to undergo everything from vaccination to TB testing?

If your/his priority date is not current, you CANNOT file an I-485.

If his priority date is not current, his I-485 cannot be approved.

Clearly, you don't need to be vaccinated again. You'll need to see the doctor again to see what he or she will require. I wouldn't waste time or money on the medical exam until your PD becomes current again.
