Question regarding 180 day rule.

I got a question regarding changing job after passing 180 days of RD.
Does the salary need to be same as mentioned in the Labor application?

You all know that it is difficult to get a high salary in this economy.
So I am planning to take a pay cut, but I want to know whether it causes
a problem in getting the approval or not?

FYI, the job title will remain the same.

Gurus, please help and answer my question. Thanks in advance.

I am not legal professional. My personal opinion is this:
1. No regulation issued by INS, so nobody can be certain.
2. According to some communication between INS and AILA, salary level should not be a factor.
3. Many lawyers believe salary should not be a factor.
 
Salary ?

As long as job duties are same, it is not a problem. but it should not be too less or too high.
As they say that if it will be too high and you don\'t specify in ad then they have reason that you might have got more responses corresponding to ad.
If you have too less salary then they could give a reason that you are exploiting the foreign labor.

Again it\'s just my opinion.
