Question: receiving approval letter

I was wondering how long does it take to get the approval notice after it is posted on website? In the website it shows that the approval notice has been mailed on 30th March. But I did not get anything yet.
Also who receive the approval notice? Lawyer or applicant?

My understanding is that it is sent to both - attorney as well as applicant.

Attorney gets the original approval notice and you get the courtesy copy. You and your attorney will get the approval notice within 7 to 10 days.
