Here is my situation:

My husband sponsored for green card for this parents this Feb. However, he doesn't work and has not been working since mid last year due to illness.

I work and have decent income to co-sponsor my in-laws. But, since he makes absolutely $0.00- does that become an issue? His parents will be coming from our home country. So, I am very worried if in embassy they create problem since he doesn't work.

Will my parents-in-law’s immigrant visa be denied because of this?

Please advice!

Many thanks for your replies!

Are your in-laws applying for immigrant or non-immgrant visas? Your income can be included by your husband. Look at form I-864A.

It's immigrant visa.

But that is what my question is actually- my husband's income is 0...so, I will include my income. However, will that be an issue that he doesn't make any money!!

Thank you!!!

If you both are married and live at the same address, his $0.00 income should not be an issue.
