Hi JK and all other Gurus,
One of my friend is on L1 working for a company, and one another company has filed his H1.
1. Can he continue to work on L1 even if his H1 is approved ?
2. When applying for L1, is there any provision of Chainging the status/Not changing the status ?
It will be of great help if you can provide me link to prove it. It is not like that i do not believe you guys. But, that will help calm my friend down.
