We, me and my wife are done with FP in last week of november,ND is 08/15 , I am thinking to send my wife and kids back home, because i am on bench without pay since last 6 months, but some people are saying family be around at the time of approval which may come any time within next 2 to 3 months. I simly cant afford such a short trip for them.
is is ok, if they came back from India after 2 months of approval letter and will get stamped.

Any experince or suggestion will greatly be appriciated

well u can send them to India but be prepared to call them back in case ur case is adjudicated.

Also sometimes INS requests second fingerprint again in that case
please find out what happens

make sure u know the process of return using ap documents

ask ur attorney very clearly before taking decision
