If you have a pending AOS case at INS from your spouse, can you apply 140/485 concurrent from your own employer?

INS will be confused with both of ur application, it will be advisable to go for Consular processing of ur 485 once ur 140 is approved.

Concurrent filing is not allowed in the AOS stage.

In my opinion you can apply for your 140/485 through your employer even if your 485 through your spouse's GC application is pending. I'm pretty sure about this but please consult your lawyer about it. Please update this forum if you find out. Thanks.
