Question: PD on FP appointment notice letter

Hi,
The Priority Date on my FP appointment notice letter is 1/29/2002, which is the RD of my I485 application. As my understanding, PD should be the starting date of the whole green card application. For my case, it should be September in 2000. I also checked the PD on my I485 receive notice. The PD is blank. Does anyone have the same situation? Is this going to be any problem?

It is the same for all.... For some reasons, INS follows the same format

for everyone. They only knows the true reason. So, don\'t worry....

In my case, PD # is my receipt date of I-140

Don\'t worry about the PD. INS knows your correct...

PD. They print it on your I485 Approval notice. For some reason the 485 receipt is usually blank and the FP notice has the RD as the PD. Nothing to worry about though.
