I was with a consulting company A for 4 months on H1B visa. The company terminated my employment and took me out of payroll as they could not find a project for me. After a month they found a project and took me back. Does that mean they will have to reapply for my H1B or is my previous H1B valid?
I did not switch to any other company in the 1 month I was not on payroll. Please do let me know at the earliest. Look forward to your replies.
