Question on stamping at Chennai

Hi All,

I am going for my 8th year H1 stamping at Chennai during Feb 2007.
I have question regarding employment and would like suggestions to see if this will cause an issue:

I worked for company A for almost 1 1/2 years and then moved to company B for just 4 months.

After 4 months, I came back to company A again and they did not file for a new H1 B petition as my H1 B was still valid. I am Still working with Company A.

Do you think this will cause any problems during visa stamping.

Did you apply for any H-1B to work at company B. If yes (and got approved) your company A H-1B is void. If no, then you worked illegally for company B.

In any case, there seems to be a problem with your situation. Please consult an attorney asap.
