Does anyone in this board know of an instance where INS issued emp verification RFE's and the 485 applicant could not provide proof of employment?
I am in between projects (even though I am employed, I do not get paid) and am a liitle concerned that INS might issue an RFE (all the more because the local INS office said so during iEAD).
