Question on RFE

Hi All

I have received RFE for 485, asking to provide tax returns, W2 and 3 most recent pay stubs.

Can anyone tell me if I need to send the original W2 and pay stubs or a photo copy is sufficient.

Thanks for your help in advance.
 
Please provide WAC/FP date/AVM msg

Photocopies ! get your attorney to certify them if needed.
 
All photocopies should be certified before they are sent to INS either by a notary or a lawyer.

I am sure your lawyer will provide you with that information as well.
