Question on RFE

Hi Guys,

Today I recieved an RFE asking for "a Form I-134 completed by your financial sponsor". I am the primary applicant. Did any one recieve this kind of RFE?

Hi Devathi,

Are you filing your GC through a lawyer? Or are you doing it by yourself. If you are using an attorney, then he/she must have received a copy of the RFE too. Check with them and see how best to handle this new screw-up from VSC. They will probably send in a letter clarifying that you are the Primary applicant.

Another thing to do, is perhaps to have your company provide you witb a Letter of Employment, stating the details of your salary and bomus.

Just now got the copy of RFE it says they need one of these 3 things. 1. employment letter
2. I-134 affidavit of support by your financial sponser
3. bank statements etc.
Confirmed this with my attorney also. So I think its not a problem.

A quick question. How big is your company (I mean employees). I work for a company with 25 employees and have an RFE issued (don\'t know what yet). So I am thinking if it could be a I-134 affidavit based on what your posting says. Could you please let me know
