QUESTION on RFE, GURUS Please help!!

Gurus,
I replied to the RFE last week. My AVM now says that
they received the RFE and now it will take 540 days
since the initial screening was complete before the RFE
was sent. The RFE was a simple Medical for my wife.
Gurus, I am really worried, does any one have any idea
what this means?
EB2/Regular/India,
PD 4/99
485 RD 9/14/00
ND 10/10/00
RFE on 8/6/01.

please answer if you know what this is.....

Don\'t worry. This message is wrong. I have seen somebody posted on this broad had got the same message and they have approved within a month.

BTW, when did you replied to INS last week? How many days for INS to update your AVM?
My lawyer sent my replied RFE last Monday, but my AVM is not updated yet...little bit worry....

hello,
do not worry. I was in the same situation and the EXACT same message was in the AVM. My RFE was issued on Aug 2nd 2001, INS received RFE reply on Aug 17th, AVM updated same day, Got approved on Aug 24th.
I know the AVM message does not make any sense at all.

Hey HelpUsLord, did you get yr approval notice in the mail yet?

We are approved on the same date. So is newswami and he got his notice yesterday.
