Question on RFE - ari4u and others- Please respond

All,
This is with regard to the RFE on non availability of birth certificate for my parent's (i-130, I-485) filing .
Couple of questions -
1) What is the time frame taken ( from your experiences) for USCIS to update the USCIS web site once the neeeded evidence is received ?
2) What has been generally the approval time frame for I-485 once the RFE evidence has been received by USCIS ( assuming that there are no other issues)?
3) Is it true that some family based cases (parent, spouse) are getting the Green Cards in mail directly without the interview? (like some of the Employment based cases)

Dont depend on the online updates. Some people dont see any updates and some do. In my case, i saw an online update a week after USCIS received the NABC.

2) What has been generally the approval time frame for I-485 once the RFE evidence has been received by USCIS ( assuming that there are no other issues)?
No idea. It depends on your DO.

3) Is it true that some family based cases (parent, spouse) are getting the Green Cards in mail directly without the interview? (like some of the Employment based cases)
Employment based cases get their GC without an interivew. If you apply GC for spouse, both you and your spouse MUST appear for the interview.
