I applied I140 and I485 concurrently, and none is approved yet. Today I got a notice from INS asking me to re-take fingerprints because my fingerprint file expired. I cannot understand what fingerprint file expires means, maybe they feel my fingerprint might change after one and half year.
My question is I also submit medical record to INS about the same time as taking fingerprint at around Nov 2002, do I also have to take another medical exame? Because I recently moved, I am afraid there might be some letter missed.
