We have filed I-130/I-485/I-131/I-765 for my wife who lives in a different DO/State from where I live (and we plan to live). She is on H1B and in the process of quitting and moving. She has recently completed her Biometric and also received the interview date for early January. My questions are -
1. Does quitting the job and change of address (AR11) impact the timeline. How does it impact the interview?
2. Does moving to one location (i.e. where I live) is easier from interview perspective (joint accounts, apartment lease, Car insurance etc.)
3. Should we need to consult a lawyer?
Any advice or experience would be helpful
