Hello,

May I have a question about A,"How many total days did you spend outside of the United States during the past five years".

Since I went "Consular Processing", I had my GC interview in Singapore(Stayed there for 14 days). I will apply US citizenship 90 days prior to 5 years. So, should I count these 14 days?

You count all the days you spent outside of US. It doesnt matter if it was Singapore or Canada or India.

Your 5yr residency starts from the date on your GC. Count any days between then and when you fill in the N-400.
