Question on Packet4

Guys,
I have one question on Packet4.Packet4 would be send by Indian Consulate right after NVC Sending the case right???because i have read in one of the postings here that Packet4 is picked up in Mumbai..I was expecting mumbai consul to send packet4 to my Denver address...
 
they will send it to the address you entered on your DS230 form. But ou can also ask someone to pcik it up from the consulate public window.
I had mine picked up because I have an interview in the first week of april and did not want to wait for it here.
 
i remember mentioning both the Indian address and USA address in DS230 form so they would be sending Indian address only??
