NVC - Message says it received Fee Bill and then later after a week it says its waiting for Biographic information from attorney.

Does this mean, they have mailed P3 to attorney?

The Packet 3 would have been sent to your attorney.
That is the meaning of that message.

You said in an other forum that chennai refused ur request for AC140.

You must have got ur I-824 approval from BCIS right? Can u tell me how long it took for u to get an approval and which service center. I would like to follow the same route. Just want to know how long it takes for 824 to get approved at NSC.

Appreciate ur help.

Hi,
I got my Labor cleared from Georgia in 3years and 6months.
Applied for I-140 at TSC, no concurrent because I live in Vermont Area wanted to apply 485 here. 3months later 1-140 cleared.

Took the CP route - Filed I-824 and send AC140 to chennai to accept the case, the refused to take it and in the mean time my I-824 was approved in 2months. Didn't file I-485.

Now I am in the queue waiting for P3 after a long long wait....
