Question on online form 9089 and 2 Sunday ads

I would just like confirmation of the following if anyway can help - my second sunday ad in the paper goes in this sunday - am I right in thinking that I have to wait for 30 days before submitting the online PERM application?

yes, you need to wait 30 days. that's what happenned to me. but feel free to get advice from a lawyer.

You need to wait 30 calendar days after ALL of your advertising ends.
