Question on Oath Letter for persons taking ooath thru court

Need little bit of information on the Oath letter

My wife has to do the Oath thru court due to name change . For followups and checks
Do we need to contact the USCIS or court also
Will USCIS sends the Oath letter or district courst will send the oath letter .
