Question on moving before interview

We completed our FP last week. My wife has a job offer in a different DO/Service Center and option to join next month or in October. Can she join job next month and come to current DO for interview since I intend to stay a current DO until oath? If not can she stay till interview, move in October and come back for oath.

again it depends wether it is a contracting job or a fulltime job....if it is a contracting job for a specified time then she will always come back to her permanent residence...
