How long it will take for the manual FP results to reach INS?

It took 3 days for us

It took exactly 3 days for FBI to dispatch the fingerprint results back to NSC and 20 days elapsed from fingerprint date to get final approval.

Thanks to all who replied my posting. Yesterday the AVM for my case changed saying that my FP was received. As someone said above, it took exactly two weeks for my manual FP results to reach INS.
