question on LC

I am new to this posting. I would appreciate your help in answering these questions.

I have a masters degree with 4 yrs of exp.

1) RIR/ Non-RIR

My comp has started my LC process...they have issued an Ad in newspaper....2 on print and 45 days on internet......So do i come under RIR or non-RIR

2) I assume that with masters deg in US and 4 yrs of work exp I come under EB2 category

3) I come under IL SESA and Chicago DOL...So how long does it usually take to get LC cleared.

Employer/Attorney is planning for RIR petition.

2) I assume that with masters deg in US and 4 yrs of work exp I come under EB2 category
EB2/EB3 depends upon min. job requirement, not on the employee education/experience.

3) I come under IL SESA and Chicago DOL...So how long does it usually take to get LC cleared.
