Question on I485 receipt

Hi

  I just got my 485 receipt notice and I have 2 questions

  1. My A# on the 485 is different from the one on my I140. Is this normal ?

  2. Why is there no priority date on the notice ?

Normal.

My attorney told me that INS may keep your A# on your i-140 approval notice or may change it in later stages, such as i485. That is the reason why we don\'t need (not necessary) A# when we fill out i-485 forms.

PD not there is also Normal. Why? INS only knows <EOM>
