I heard one of my friend\'s friend case has been approved and his RD being in the month of Sep 01. The person whose case got approved stays in Pittsburgh
 
Nobel prize for person discovering INS approval date criteria

The Nobel committee in Sweden today announced that they would offer a New Nobel prize to the person who can figure out what criteria the INS uses to approve applications. Almost all the people who are waiting for approvals, some of whom have Masters and Ph.D. degrees from hallowed institutions have not been able to solve this puzzle. A spokesperson for the Nobel institute said that this problem is definately more difficult to crack that and conundrum in Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Economics. There will be no problem giving out the prize every year as the INS seems to change its criteria every year. Nominations are invited for this prize along with the mathematical models to support the claims
