Question on I-94 after changing from H1 to EAD

My spouse has left her H1B job and taken up a new job on EAD. Last time when she entered USA, she was on H1B and her 1-94 is valid for the duration of H1B (valid till October 2006). Does she need to get a new I-94 as she is not on H1B any more.

Not Required, As long as EAD is there it is OK
