question on I -864EZ

I am planning to apply for my both parents immigration -AOS.

Do I need 2 864EZ forms - one for each parent? OR
Do I have to use 864 - as I am sponsoring both my parents.

Please can someone help me on this.

864EZ says...
1.You are the person who filed or is filing the Form I-130,Petition for Alien Relative, for a relative being sponsored;
2.The relative you are sponsoring is the only person listed onthe Form I-130 petition;
3.The income you are using to qualify is based entirely onyour salary or pension and is shown on one or more FormsW-2 provided by your employer(s) or former employer(s).

You should treat your parents' cases as 2 separate cases. Every form you fill out must be one for each. Same goes for supporting documents.
The answer to the 2nd item you bolded is "yes" for parents' cases.
