Friends,
I am USC and applying greencard for parents. I will file I130 and I485 together. on I-485, part 2, it asking about Application Type.
Chioce A says" an immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa number has been approved. (Attach a copy of the approval notice, or a relative, special immigrant juvenile orspecial immigrant military visa petition filed with this application that will give you animmediately available visa number, if approved..
My question is
1. should I select this one or in the Other section, type in that I am filing I-130 together with I485?

Thank you very much!

Another Question

In addition, as I am filing I-130 and I485 together, on I-130, question 22, asking where i apply, should I say Chicago IL or Lincoln Nebraska?
THanks!

Check...

FHJ1,

Check A. Joint filing is same as an approved I-130. Since your parents don't have to wait for a visa, your filing of the I-130 once approved will make them eligible for a visa and don't have to wait years for one to become available. .

In a ballshell :D , instead of a nutshell, check A.
