Question on I-140???

Hi everyone,
I am completing I-140 for EB1-EA. I am in trouble to understanding some parts in I-140.

Part 5. Additional information about the petitioner
1. Type of petitioner (Check one)
Employer Self Other
I choose "Self". Is it correct?

2. If a company, give the following....
I am a postdoc, I should not fill this. Is it correct?

3. If an individual, give the following: (I think I should fill this. Is it correct?)
Occupation: Research Scientist Salary: 37,000$

Part 6. Basic information about the proposed employment
9. Wages per week: $700 (I divided from my annual salary 37.000, it means about 3000/month, then about 700/week). Is it correct?

I think 1-3 are CORRECT.
About wages for week, I filed N/A but I am not sure. Anyone can help???
 
I agree, especially for item 2, DON'T put anything there as you are self-petition!
Otherwise, the response will be sent to your institution/company and you won't get it!
For the salary, it shouldn't matter as you are doing EB1EA. The USCIS shouldn't pay attention to whatever you put down there.
