question on I-140 REF

guys,

today i saw the following status on my I-140 case

we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed.
---

can some one help please.what kind of information they may have asked?
I am bit scared.

RD on I-140 : 21/10/03
 
It could be 'Ability to Pay' or in the worst case 'Educational Issues' if your Labor and your qualification doesn't match.

Don't worry, keep your fingers crossed for few more days.

thanks for the info. my company is a public company and is doing well.
employee 400+

so i am guessing that the REF may not be serious but my fingers are crossed

I received the same RFE yesterday and I did not know the details yet.
I am working with a one of the gaints and the company is doing pretty well financially.
I hold masters from most reputed college in India.
Hope the best.

please keep posting on this thread. I believe no of REF for 140 has
increased recently. I think by today i will get my REF.

REF information

Guys,

just to let you know that my REF was a request of last 3 years w2 forms which i have already sent to my lawyer.

so all who are still waiting for I-140, please don't loose your w2 forms

My lawyer did not get my RFE yet. Just waiting for the mail from my lawyer.
