Question on I-130 item 22

Can anyone help me? Item 22 asks: your relative is in US and will apply for adjustment of status at USCIS office in:____city___state.
As I know, since I am going to submit I131,485,130,765 simultaneously, everything needs to be sent to chicago lockbox. In this case, should I just put down chicago, IL ? Thanks

You should put the city and state where you currently live and where you intend to be interviewed as far as I know .
