Question on H4 Web Appointment

I have taken appointment for my wife's H4 at New Delhi consulate.
1.Do I need to send originals of 797, my H1 Visa, Pay stubs or photo copies will do? I heard that the photo copy of my H1 Visa shud be taken in Color? Is it so? and are they shud be notarized?

2.While I was applying for appointment online, I mentioned my name as petitioner in a hurry instead of employers. I cannot modify now. Do I need to cancel and reapply or Is it ok?

Actually my brother made the same mistake of entering his name instead of his company's name for petitioner on his wife's H4 visa appointment details. (Appointment in July from chennai consulate).
Actually he entered some incorrect info for her passport details also as he didn't have info in hand and the date was getting pushed back rapidly. I saw that tt services office in chennai has a email id. But I don't know the process to get the info corrected. Could you please let us know if you have any info on this.

I found out that , you dont need to cancel the appointment and re apply. Instead if there is any modification has to be done to the appointment data, in your brothers case, he can contact chennai tts by emailing at chennai@ttsvisas.com and request them to make changes along with a scanned copy of proof of changes ( scanned copy of I-797 ). He can also Fax to chennai TTS. Thats it. You can only request them once for any corrections and must be done atleast 48 hrs before the actual appointment.

I did the same thing but requested Delhi TTS.

FBI finger print

I am going to apply for my H1 from Pakistan next month and want to know how can I get a copy or do my my FBI finger check before I leave ( I was in the special registration process so i guess my fingers prints are already there ) I want to know how can get a copy to take with my self I understand from you guys who has experienced that is is not helping but I think it is not a bad idea to take it so if someone can tell me that will be great .
