I am on H4 visa. I have a Masters degree from India but I do not have a Masters or higher degree from US.
a) When is the earliest I can apply for my H1B visa for the year 2005-2006? And on my H1B approval, when can I start working?
b) With the latest USCIS regulation (released March 8, 05), am I eligible to apply for H1B visa in the 20K quota? If yes, when can I apply?
c) Having H4, Can I travel to India when my H1B visa is in process?
