Question on H1 Transfer

I have a valid H1 visa from Company A. And I am currently working in USA on that. I got a new offer from Company B. They have asked for my H1 papers to transfer. Now I need to go back to India soon. So my plan is to give them the H1 papers for processing/transfer with company B. I leave for India and after that company B mailed the approval/papers to India to get the the visa stamped, That time if I don't want to join them and decided to stick onto my current company A what are the implications ?

* Will my old H1 with Company A will get affected or will it be valid still and I can travel again with it for Company A.

* Will my company A will know about this transfer in any way?

------- you can give your papers to them to file H1 transfer and you can join them when you get H1 transfer filing reciept or H1 transfer approval notice H1 Transfer approval notice from USCISmay take 5-8 months. If you are in confusion then why you are trying to waste the money of employer B for H1 transfer???? make up your mind then only file for H1 Transfer

-------- you can travel with company A valid Visa stamp in your passport till the Visa validity, you dont need new Visa stamp if you have H1 Visa stamp from A and you enter US before the Visa stamp expires
* Will my company A will know about this transfer in any way?
------No, they will not know
