hi
my employer filed my h1b in 2007 and they are based in CA....at that time, in the LCA it showed, expiry date as dec 2008...
i work as a consultant and now am in TX...and my employer got a LCA for TX that is valid until 2012...
does he still need to get the LCA for CA also updated ,since they are based in CA or is the new LCA for TX enough...am going for h1 stamping soon...
please clarify..

your company lawyer should know what to do. ask your employer or company lawyer.
