question on G-325a form..

Dear All,

I belong to India and need to fill G-325a form.

Can someone tell me what I need to fill for:-

"If your native language is in other than Roman letters , write your name in your native alphabet below"

Q1) Do I need to write it in Hindi or need to write N/A?
Q2) do I need to write just name or address also in Hindi?

1)- as the question asks...if your native language is in other than Roman letters, then write it in it your native alphabet. Is your native language in other than Roman letters??? If so, then write your name in it. If it is not, then write N/A.
2) Does it ask you to write your address?? I dont have the form in front of me so I dont have the instructions. If it asks you to do so, then yes. If it doesnt, then no.
 
The information on the visajourney.com guides is now a little out of date. Previously, the G325a consisted of 4 identical forms (though each one had a different code on the bottom). However, now it only consists of 1 form.

but i am now confused. Are you saying that we now need to send just ONE G325a form , one of foreign fiance and one of US citizen?????

Can you please share the links for the information/ procedure that is more accurate which can be blindly followed?

Actually I wanted to ask the complete procedure/process of K1 , if we assume that visajourney is outdated. Where Can I refer the process so that nothing is left out while preparing the paper work?

The visajourney guide is completely fine.
The only thing that has changed on the guide is the G325a (they just need to change it from 4 pages to one page).
Everything else on there is correct.

I think I remember seeing that one needs to submit I-134 Affidavit of Support with the K1 application along with ( I129F and G325a). But Visajourney does not say it.

Can you please tell
1) If I-134 is to be submitted with K1 Application by the USC?
2) What does this 4 Copies Mean here

No.
You will send the I-134 to your fiance when she is ready to be interviewed at the consulate. Your fiance will present this to the consulate officer in person.

Visa journey clearly states this.

Maybe theyre just doing this to cover their back- ie they dont want people to submit one copy and then get stung with an RFE...though the USCIS instructions clearly state just one copy. So it's up to you....send one copy as per USCIS instructions or make additional copies and send them as well 'just incase'.
 
129F mailing address for non-usps for California

While going through 129F instructions available on USCIS to find the mailing address for non-usps couriers for California, I could not find the following adderess which is instead suggested on immihelp.com...

Q1) Can someone suggest which is the correct mailing address for sending 129F application for California via non-usps ( fedex) courier.

Q2) For other letters like Letter of Intent / Cover Letter, which address is to be used to address the letter to.
