Question on FP ?

Gurus,
I had my FP done on 4/14/2002 , but it was received on 4/24/2002. When would I get a note for re-FPing . I do understand that this is a old topic .
My RD is 1/17/2002 , but looking at the BCIS speed , I am not feeling very positive about an AD .

My 2nd FP notice was printed 2 days after my 1st FP expired
and I recvd the notice 2-3 days later.

doesnt look like there is a rule as to when 2nd FP notice is sent..
Myself and a friend of mine went in for FP on the same day last year. My got his 2nd FP notice a week ago , but I havn't....
