Question on FP Notice (Yellow Form)

FP Notice: 12/26/00, Scheduled: Week of 1/16/00

It asks me to mail a copy of all my employment authorization documents issued. I have my EAD cards back when I was under F-1(Student) status. Currently, I\'m on my 2nd H1B which is valid till 8/2001. Does I to include all my H1B approvals as well, or just the EAD cards?

Wrong.

It includes every EAD, H1 and Pratical Training if applicable.
Tha\'s what my lawyer told me.
