Question on Follow To Join (FTJ)

Does anyone have any idea on how long Indian Consulate in Chennai takes to process a FTJ case once my case is approved? Can anyone point me to the link where I can check the priority dates for FTJ in Chennai Consulate?

Hi, my wife became a permanent resident last year February (2007). We were married before she won the dv lottry but since we didn’t have enough funds then, i could not go for the interview with her. How do i join her now that we want to be together.

If you were married at the time of applying, and both of you were not listed on the application, you can't join her. And if Immigration finds out about your marriage they can revoke her green card for failing to list the marriage on the application. The DV instructions even has this:

SPOUSE INFORMATION – Name, Date of Birth, Gender, City/Town of Birth, Country of Birth, and Photograph. Failure to list your spouse will result in disqualification of the principal applicant and refusal of all visas in the case at the time of the visa interview.
