Question on Filling N400 Form

Hi,

I have a question when filling up the N400 form for Part 6-A(Where have you lived during the last 5 years?). I stayed for couple of weeks in my cousin's place and I am not on the lease aggrement.Used that address for forwarding mails from USPS.After two weeks I moved into my own apartment.My question here is do I need to list my cousin's address on the form.

Well since you resided with him and had your mail forwarded there, it became your residence at the time and therefore need to mention it on the application.
 
Thanks for the Reply.I posted the question because if I include my cousin's address(which I am not under the lease) will make me to add a seperate sheet for Part 6A. If I don't use this address I will exactly use all the boxes given for that question. I am trying to avoid using extra sheet for that one address which I am not on the lease.Any Suggestions?????

I don't see what the issue is of adding an additional sheet of paper to indicate your residence during the last 5 years. That's like contemplating not adding a trip you took outside the country since they didn't scan your green card or stamp your passport, and you ran out of room to list it on the original application.
It's better to include all addresses where you resided instead of omitting them for the sake of space on the application. Furthermore, the application instructions state to add an additional sheet with your name and A# in title to include information that you were not able to fit on the original application.
