Question on filling I-485

In the form I-485, there is a question asking if you have sumbitted another permanent resident application before. My situation is that: my company is doing EB1B for me, and about 6 months ago I filed NIW by myself. And that NIW application went through I140 and now in the long retrogression waiting line for I485.

I kind of do not want the company know that I have filed one GC application before (and I heard that some company has those stupid policy saying that if you filed one GC application by yourself before, they won't file you one again later. ). So I guess my question is: Can I answer 'NO' in that question even though I did file one GC before. Thank you.

------------- what do you mean by"I did file one GC before" explain. did you file LC or I-140 or I-485 and status of each application

------------ if you have earlier filed I-485 then you will be having A# on I-485 filing reciept and your reply will be YES and write your A# on the form

Thanks. I filed I-140 in EB2 category and got approved, but never filed I-485 before. So I don't have any A# here. So can I just answer 'NO' here? Thanks.
 
I am in the same case and when my lawyer concurrently filed my I-140 & I-485, he added a copy of a previously approved old I-140 because he said that the permanent resident application was actually determined by that filing

----------- if no I-485 filed in past then answer NO on I-485 form, if in past I-485 filed then write YES on I-485 form
