Question on EVL

My I140 approved in 2002. I-485 applied 6 months ago.

I am planning to use EAD and I want to switch to new employer (very big one) by invoking AC21. HR dept is not ready to give INS addressed employment letter. Because it is big company my manager do not have authority to direct them. I don't know what to do. Is it required to get a letter really addressed to INS. If they give on my name would that be ok?

1. What should be mentioned in the letter?
2. My process is in Vermont. But my present company is in Nebraska Centre area. Should I send a letter and ask them invoke AC21 or should wait till I get an RFE.
3. Only lawyer can do AC21 or I can handle it?

1. Since it is a big company, online services available to get all kinds of letter for employee's personal needs. When my manager requested to herself, it contained informations like, ssn, status, hire date, job title and company's info but not the format you specified. Is it still fine?

2. Whom should I send EVL to? - vermont centre or nebrasaka centre where my new company belongs to.

3. What all documents I shoud send?

-------------------- to use AC21 you need letter like the sample with your job duties, date of hire and offer of permanent job with same/similar job duties. USCIS does not care if it is BIG company, you need to provide what they need for AC21
2. Whom should I send EVL to? - vermont centre or nebrasaka centre where my new company belongs to.
-------------- to the service center where your I-485 is pending
3. What all documents I shoud send?
----------- Permanenent job offer letter with same similar job duties+ cover letter to request AC21,cover letter should be signed by you with date and cover letter should have your Name,I-485 reciept# A# DOB,address + copy of I-485 filing reciept.
