My wife got an L1 blanket visa and I got an L2 visa.

We are traveling to US On 17th December to St. Louis


I Want to know

1. Can I apply for EAD upon reaching US?
2. Is there any perquisite for applying for an EAD.(for ex. Is social security required for applying EAD)?
3. Where in St Louis do I have to go to apply EAD?
4. Can I travel outside of US after applying for EAD or should I wait till its issued?
