question on dependent's status

HI,
I am working on H1 visa and will be completing my 6 yr term in next month.
My I-140 and I-485 were filed in Oct,2004 and EAD is approved for me and my wife and it is valid till end of the year.
I have a daughter who is on H4 visa and her I-485 is pending and EAD was not applied for her.

My concern is will my daughter be out of status after my H1 term gets completed next month ? Should I ask my employer to file H1 extension for me and H4 extension for my daughter so that she can be in status ?

Any help in this matter is highly apprciated.

Her pending I-485 keeps her in status, but once your H-1 or her H-4 are toast she will need AP to travel.
