I am reviewing the list of documents to bring for the interview and I see court and prisons records.
Do you get court and prisons records even if you haven t been convicted?

If u dont have criminal records u r not obliged to bring those papers

but you do need a certificate of good conduct if you are doing CP. if you are doing AOS, then no need.

Where do you get a certificate of good conduct?
