Is it the case that concurrent filers usually wait longer ?

I am waiting for EAD/AP although judging by some of the recent posts things may be catching upto my receipt date EAC03081******

Any ideas, thoughts ?

INS has not started giving out processing times for EADs/APs for concurrent filings. If the official processing time claims that the RD being processed is after your RD and 90 days are past the EAD-RD, you have a right to get an interim EAD.

very confused getting mad and losing hope in this process

Jaxen,

Is there any provision of getting an Interim AP based on the same rule you have explained for EAD.

My AP RD is 12/06/02. I have noticed many applicant getting AP around the same RD. My Recipt Notice says it takes around 110-140 days, my online message used to say 210-240 days, today suddenly it has changed to 235-265 days. I am not sure why within two months I am being pushed back by almost twice the time than what it was in my receipt notice.
Any explanation of this phenomenon?

Shud say that I am a concurrent filer..........

Thanks in advance for your reply.
